Where they stand

Development: Cintas says Laguna does not need more development and should make better use of what Laguna already has.

Local economy: Cintas would use vacancy, spending-leakage, resident-demand, hotel, parking, and visitor data to recruit businesses that meet residents' needs and strengthen the existing local economic base.

City revenue: Cintas says the city has more opportunity to grow revenue without immediately turning to new taxes.
