Development: Hamada opposes excessive or unchecked development and supports future growth that is thoughtfully planned, legally compliant, and balanced with existing residents’ quality of life.
Resident Input: Hamada supports establishing a Residents’ Advisory Council with representatives from every district to communicate neighborhood concerns and provide meaningful input before major City decisions.
Infrastructure: Hamada supports investing in roads, parks, public safety, emergency services, and other infrastructure so that growth does not leave schools, neighborhoods, or first responders behind.
