Housing: Stapp supports housing affordability policies to increase transit-oriented development downtown and along the SMART Train line.
Infrastructure: Stapp supports streets, sidewalks, and public infrastructure; 14 miles of Bennett Valley streets will be repaved this summer, with smoother streets coming to District 2.
Homelessness: Mark supports alleviating homelessness in parks and public places through additional resources and permanent supportive housing, while acknowledging that more work is needed.
