AZ SB-1520: Immigration Data Sharing (SB1520)
Senate Bill 1520 mandates that Arizona state agencies share data with the federal government regarding unauthorized aliens, undocumented immigrants, and individuals who overstay their visas. This requirement is set to take effect immediately and will remain in place until December 31, 2028, at which point the provision will be repealed. The bill amends existing statutes to facilitate this data sharing.
