Where they stand

Community input: Hamilton wants more consistent opportunities for parents, teachers, staff, students, business owners, and residents to be heard beyond elections and board meetings.

Family retention: Hamilton wants the district to investigate why families leave Waterford and use their experiences to rebuild confidence.

Student voice: Hamilton wants to explore elementary student councils and leadership opportunities so younger students can have a voice, too.
