Where they stand

Expert input: Randell says he will listen to the people running the County Jail, County Farm, and Mountain View Community, ask hard questions, and act on their input.

Government operations: Randell supports making Carroll County decisions with rigor and energy and bringing operational discipline to the commission's work.

Fiscal oversight: Randell supports stronger oversight and management of Carroll County spending to make its roughly $45 million annual budget go further for taxpayers.
