Transparency: Barnett supports making school budgets, staffing levels, and performance data readily accessible to every parent and taxpayer, without requiring public-records requests.

Data-driven decisions: Barnett supports evaluating every dollar spent and every program against measurable real-world outcomes, then acting when the evidence shows that something is not working.

Collaboration: Barnett supports cooperation among parents, students, teachers, and board members to improve the school district.
